The official logo of the village shall be that certain design prepared and designed by Mrs. Carol Toede of CA Designs, Inc. Said design contains the slogan "A PROUD AND PROGRESSIVE VILLAGE FOR ALL PEOPLE" and the village name "Glendale Heights". The design emphasizes "Glendale" in a solid, modern style. "Heights" is unique and creative showing imagination, freedom and growth. The upward movement of the "H" in Heights presents a proud and progressive trend. The colors blue and green denote continuing cooperative growth. "Glendale Heights" is superimposed over a circle with houses and a park scene which expresses an integrated, neighborly atmosphere. A facsimile of said logo is attached to the ordinance codified herein as exhibit A. (Ord. 96-29, 4-4-1996)
