7-3-3: TICKETS AND BAIL:
   A.   Issuance Of Tickets: Police officers of the village are hereby authorized to issue uniform traffic tickets as authorized by state law.
   B.   Bail: Any person arrested for a violation of any provision of this title shall be released upon proper bail being furnished as required by statute. (1978 Code § 11-1-12)
