Any person desiring a license required by this chapter shall prepare an application upon a form provided by the Finance Director, setting forth the name and address within the Village of the applicant, a description of the automobile or vehicle for which the license is desired, its license plate number, the place where such automobile or vehicle is to be kept when not in use, the number and kind of other automobiles or vehicles kept by applicant at such place, whether the place where such automobile or vehicle is to be kept is rented or owned by the applicant, and such other information as may be prescribed. The application shall be transmitted to the Finance Director and upon payment by the applicant of the required license fee, the Finance Director shall issue a license which shall be attested by such Director authorizing the use of such automobile, or other vehicle, within the Village until the expiration of the license.
