7-1-1: ILLINOIS VEHICLE CODE ADOPTED:
Pursuant to the authority granted by 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/20-204, the village hereby adopts the Illinois vehicle code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-100 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time, the same being a public record of the state, to be applied within the corporate limits of the village to the extent permitted by law.
