6-1-10: POLICE PENSION FUND:
Pursuant to the provisions of 40 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3-101 through 5/3-149, there is hereby established a police pension fund for the benefit of the members of the police department of the village. (1978 Code § 10-1-11; amd. 2011 Code)
