5-6-9: NOTICE OF VIOLATION:
Except where a person is acting in good faith to comply with an abatement order issued pursuant to this chapter, any violation shall be cause for a notice of violation to be issued by any Village law enforcement officer. (Ord. 98-70, 12-3-1998)
