5-5-1: DEFINITIONS:
For purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
DANGEROUS TREE OR SHRUB: Any tree or shrub that may inflict injury or cause harm to persons, property or the health of the general public.
DISEASED TREE OR SHRUB: Any tree or shrub infected with Dutch elm disease, emerald ash borer, verticillium wilt, Dothiorella, oak wilt or other injurious parasite, fungus or disease. (Ord. 2013-50, 9-5-2013)
