5-3-12: COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL BY LICENSED COLLECTOR; EXCEPTION:

All waste shall be collected and disposed of by a waste disposal contractor duly licensed by the village, except building and other construction contractors may remove waste resulting from the performance of work done by such contractors within the village. (1978 Code § 9-2-2-1)
