5-3-8: TRANSPORTATION OF WASTE:
   A.   Covered Loads: No person shall transport waste, or cause waste to be transported, over the streets or other public ways of the village unless such waste is entirely and securely covered.
   B.   Required Type Of Vehicle: Garbage shall not be transported over or along the streets of the village or other public property except in a leakproof, compaction type body commonly referred to as a "packer type" refuse body, approved by the village director of public works or his designee.
   C.   Cleanliness And Maintenance Of Vehicles: Vehicles and equipment used to transport waste shall be cleaned at sufficient intervals to prevent any nuisance or insect breeding and shall be maintained in good condition and repair.
   D.   Storage Of Vehicles: Such vehicles may be stored or kept, when not in use, in a tightly constructed and closed building or shed within the village, if such building or structure conforms with the requirements of the village zoning ordinance.
   E.   Spilled Loads: Waste disposal contractors shall immediately clean up, in a neat and workmanlike manner, any refuse that they may have spilled on private premises, parkways, streets, alleys or other public places.
