5-3-3: PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF WASTE PRODUCTION AND ACCUMULATION:
The occupancy of any premises for residential purposes shall be prima facie evidence that waste is being produced and accumulated in such premises. (1978 Code § 9-2-1-3)
