A. Whenever directed by any provision of this chapter, the village director of public works or his designee shall carry out such directions and perform such duties as may be provided thereby, unless the village president shall designate some other officer to perform such duties.
B. All matters relating to or affecting the accumulation, collection, removal or disposal of waste, unless otherwise specifically assigned, shall be subject to the supervision of the director of public works or his designee. (1978 Code § 9-2-1-2; amd. 2011 Code; Ord. 2014-15, 3-20-2014)
