5-1D-6: OPERATOR RESTRICTIONS:
It shall be unlawful for any person who is afflicted with or is the carrier of any infectious or contagious disease capable of being transmitted by contact with food products to conduct ice cream vending. (Ord. 2000-71, 9-7-2000)
