5-1B-9: LITTER, GARBAGE AND WASTE:
   A.   Accumulation Prohibited: The premises of all restaurants shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish. (1978 Code § 3-9-4-2)
   B.   Storage And Disposal Of Wastes: All wastes shall be properly disposed of, and all garbage and trash shall be kept in suitable receptacles in such a manner as not to become a nuisance. (1978 Code § 3-9-4-6)
