A. No person, other than an auctioneer or employee named in the license application for operation of an auction, may conduct an auction. Each auctioneer may have no more than two (2) employees on the same license.
B. No action shall be conducted on the public streets or ways of the village.
C. This section shall not apply to public officers acting within their official capacity pursuant to judicial orders or ordinances or resolutions of any public body politic nor to sale of real estate pursuant to a mortgage or trust deed. (1978 Code § 3-1-23)
