4-5-5: INSPECTIONS:

It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police or other officer designated by the Village Board of Trustees to make inspections as are necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the laws of the State of Illinois relating to sales from vending machines. (1978 Code § 3-1-23)
