It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, display, keep, or maintain for public patronage any electronic or mechanical vending machine other than a tobacco product, electronic cigarette, or alternative nicotine product machine, jukebox, or coin operated amusement device which dispenses food, candy, ice, gum, milk, soft drinks, other beverages, toys, novelties, or other similar items which may be operated by the insertion or deposit of a coin, bill or other currency, or a token, plate, ticket, disk or similar item in any public place within the Village without having first obtained a license therefor.
