It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, display, keep or maintain for public patronage any tobacco product, electronic cigarette, or alternative nicotine product vending machine which may be operated by the insertion or deposit of a coin, bill, or other currency or token, plate, ticket, disk or similar item in any public place within the Village without first having obtained a license therefor.
