4-3-39: PENALTIES:
   A.   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition to any other penalty, a licensee convicted of violating any provision of this chapter may be subject to having his license revoked, suspended or not renewed by the local liquor control commissioner.    B.   The penalty provision in this section shall not be applicable to nor shall this section be construed to limit the authority of the local liquor control commissioner to impose such fines or penalties as set forth in subsection 4-3-35A of this chapter against a licensee appearing before the local liquor control commissioner in any hearing held in accordance with the provisions of the Illinois liquor control act and/or this chapter.
