4-1-5: APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL OF LICENSE OR PERMIT:
   A.   Approval: If, after due consideration of the information contained within the application and related investigative and inspection reports, the village administrator shall determine that the applicant is in compliance with all requirements for the issuance of the license or permit applied for, then he shall approve the application. Thereupon, the village clerk shall notify the applicant that the application has been approved. The license or permit shall be signed by the village administrator, attested by the village clerk, and then issued to the licensee or permittee.
   B.   Disapproval: If, after due consideration of the information contained within the application and related investigative and inspection reports, the village administrator shall determine that the applicant is not in compliance with all requirements for the issuance of the license or permit applied for, then he shall disapprove the application, indicating the reasons therefor. Thereupon, the village clerk shall notify the applicant that the application has not been approved and that no license or permit will be issued. (1978 Code § 3-1-4; amd. 2011 Code)
