A. Pursuant to Illinois Compiled Statutes, the Village hereby adopts by reference, the "DuPage County Stormwater and Floodplain Management Ordinance" ("ordinance"), as amended and adopted by the DuPage County Board effective May 14, 2019, as the Stormwater Management and Floodplain Ordinance of the Village, and each and all of the regulations therein, except, as deleted, modified, or amended in this chapter and including any and all amendments thereto that may, from time to time, be adopted by the County of DuPage. Copies thereof shall be made available in the Office of the Department of Community Development for public use and inspection.
B. There is hereby adopted, for the purposes of establishing regulations and standards for control of stormwater throughout the Village and development within the floodplain in the Village, the "DuPage County Stormwater Management General Certifications", effective April 23, 2013, and any and all amendments and additions thereto that may, from time to time, be adopted by the County of DuPage. Copies thereof shall be made available in the Office of the Department of Community Development for public use and inspection. (Ord. 2019-47, 6-20-2019)
