All subdividers and developers shall be required to contact directly the relevant school district, library and fire protection district to reach agreement for the dedication of land or payment of fees in lieu thereof in accordance with the provisions of this chapter or such amounts as are agreed upon between the parties. The provisions of this chapter shall be implemented only in the event that no agreement is reached between the developer or subdivider and the respective governmental bodies. (Ord. 96-32, 4-18-1996)
