12-2-1: ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL:
The village engineer shall be the enforcement officer of this title and he may call upon any department or official of the village for such information and assistance as he may deem necessary for the observance or enforcement of this title, and it shall be the duty of such department or officer to furnish such information and assistance whenever required. (1978 Code § 7-1-3)
