2-5-3: TERMS OF OFFICE; COMMISSION CHAIRPERSON:

All members of the commission, excluding students, shall serve terms of two (2) years. High school students, if any serve on the commission, shall serve a one year term. The village president shall, with the advice and consent of the board of trustees, appoint one member annually to serve as chairperson of the commission. (Ord. 2001-26, 3-15-2001)
