2-1-14: RECORDS AND REPORTS:
The plan commission shall keep written records of its proceedings, which shall be open at all times to public inspection in the office of the village clerk. The minutes of each meeting and transcripts of hearings shall be approved by the plan commission and shall be a part of the public record of the commission. All records of the commission shall be kept by the secretary and filed at the regular meeting place of the plan commission or at the office of the village clerk and shall be part of the public record of the commission. The plan commission shall also file an annual report with the village president and board of trustees, setting forth its transactions and recommendations. Other reports shall be presented as requested or needed. (1978 Code § 2-1-14)
