A. All decisions of the commission shall be made by a majority vote of the members present and voting, by motion made and seconded. The chair shall poll the membership by roll call vote. The motion shall contain findings of fact supporting the commission's recommendation. In the event that conditions are imposed upon recommendations of the commission, such conditions shall be set forth in the motion, and the approved recommendation shall be subject to such conditions being met by the applicant.
B. Final recommendations to the village president and board of trustees shall be made in writing not more than sixty (60) days after receipt from the applicant of all documents, etc., required to be provided by the applicant.
C. Written notice of the commission's recommendation shall be given to the applicant within seven (7) days of the rendering of that recommendation. (1978 Code § 2-1-12; amd. Ord. 2023-57-9-7-2023)
