11-4-1: SUBSTANDARD RESIDENTIAL LOTS OF RECORD:

Any lot of record as of the effective date hereof that is located in a residential district and that does not meet the requirements for area and/or width herein may be used for single-family residence; provided, that the use conforms with all other requirements of the applicable zoning district.
