2-1-4: RESIGNATION OF MEMBERS ELECTED TO PUBLIC OFFICE:
If elected to public office, that member's resignation from the planning and zoning commission shall become effective immediately upon official certification of the election by operation of this section. (1978 Code § 2-1-2-1; amd. Ord. 2023-57-9-7-2023)
