2-1-3: TERM OF OFFICE; VACANCIES:

Members shall be appointed to the planning and zoning commission for a term of five (5) years. Vacancies shall be filled by appointments for unexpired terms only. Any member may be reappointed to succeed himself. (1978 Code § 2-1-2; amd. Ord. 2023-57-9-7-2023)
