10-18-5-11: REGISTRIES KEPT:
   A.   Trailers Entering Park: Each trailer coach park shall be provided with a custodian's office where each trailer coach entering such trailer coach park shall be registered, assigned to a lot location and given a copy of the trailer coach park rules. The registration shall include the name and address of the occupant of the trailer coach, the license number of the trailer coach, the state issuing the license and a statement indicating the exact location at which the trailer coach was last parked, including the state, city, town or village where such parking occurred.    B.   Schoolchildren:
      1.   The management of each trailer coach park shall keep a registry of all children of school age occupying trailer coaches in the trailer coach park. The register shall be signed by an occupant of the trailer coach in which such children reside. Any person furnishing misinformation for purposes of registration shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this code. The registration records shall be neatly and securely maintained, and no registration records shall be destroyed until six (6) years have elapsed following the date of registration. The register shall be available at all times for inspection by law enforcement officers.
      2.   The governing body of the school district in which any trailer coach park is located, by and through its officers, attendance officers and proper employees, may inspect and visit any trailer coach park for the purposes of examining the register with reference to children of school age for the purpose of enforcing attendance of schoolchildren housed in the trailer coach park. When a trailer coach park is located in two (2) or more school districts, the school boards of such districts, acting jointly, are hereby authorized to proceed under the provisions of this subsection.
      3.   It shall be the duty of each person operating a trailer coach park in the village, on February 1 and September 1 of each year, to file with the school board or boards of the school district or districts wherein the trailer coach park is located, a report giving the names and ages of all children of school age living in the trailer coach park.
