10-18-5-8: INSTALLATION OF TRAILERS WITHIN PARKS:
All trailer coaches located in any trailer coach park shall have the wheels, tongue and hitch removed and the trailer coach affixed in whole on a permanent foundation or on piers. (1978 Code § 4-7-3-3)
