10-18-5-1: CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED:
No trailer coach park shall be occupied until a certificate of use and occupancy shall have been issued by the director of community development to the effect that the trailer coach park, or the portion thereof for which such certificate is required, is in compliance with all applicable provisions of this chapter. (1978 Code § 4-7-1-3; amd. 2011 Code)
