An appeal may be taken from the orders, decisions, and/or determinations made by the Building Official pursuant to §§ 150.01 and 150.02. Until such time, if any, as the village certifies its own Board of Building Appeals or contracts with a certified Board of Building Appeals to conduct appeals regarding its residential and/or commercial building codes, such appeals shall be conducted by the Ohio Board of Building Appeals.
