§ 150.01 ADOPTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL CODE OF OHIO FOR ONE-, TWO-, AND THREE-FAMILY DWELLINGS.
   In accordance with State of Ohio law, the current edition of the Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwellings and its referenced codes and standards shall regulate all residential construction in the village.
