It shall be unlawful for any person to catch or capture any squirrel or bird, in any manner whatever, or set any traps or spread any snares or nets with intent to catch or capture a squirrel or bird or to follow or pursue a squirrel or bird with intent to catch or injure the squirrel or bird.
