It shall be unlawful for any person to kill, wound, maim, or injure in any manner whatever, any squirrel or bird, within the corporate limits of the village, or to throw, fire, or shoot with any gun, pistol, arrow, or other deadly weapon, or throw any stones or other missiles at a squirrel, or bird within the limits.
