§ 91.13 DOG EXPOSED TO RABIES.
   No person shall own, keep or harbor a dog within the village with knowledge that the dog has been exposed to rabies, unless the dog has a currently effective immunization against rabies in compliance with applicable standards of the State of Ohio and Hamilton County administered by a regularly licensed and practicing veterinarian, or if the dog shall not have been so inoculated, unless the owner, keeper or harborer shall forthwith have the dog treated as a dog exposed to rabies, by a regularly licensed and practicing veterinarian. During the treatment, the owner shall keep the dog isolated and securely penned up.
