§ 91.12 FAILURE TO EXHIBIT CERTIFICATE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person owning, keeping or harboring a dog over four months of age in the village to fail or refuse to exhibit to the Marshal or any police officer of the village, a certificate of a regularly licensed and practicing veterinarian, showing that each dog so owned, kept or harbored by him has a currently effective immunization against rabies in compliance with applicable standards of the State of Ohio and Hamilton County.
