§ 91.06 POISONING ANIMALS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, leave, or deposit any poisoned meat or other food or any poisonous substance in any of the streets, avenues, alleys, park grounds or public places of the village for the purpose of destroying any animal of any kind.
