§ 91.02 ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or having charge of any horses, cattle, mules, asses, sheep, goats, swine, or geese to suffer the animals to run at large in any of the avenues, streets, lanes, alleys, parks, commons, or any unenclosed land within the village, or upon any premises within the village other than those owned or occupied by the owner or keeper of the animal or animals, or to cause or allow the animal or animals to be herded, kept or detained, for the purpose of grazing on premises within the village, other than the premises owned or occupied by the owner or keeper of the animal or animals.
