Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues. In the event of a continuing violation, the Superintendent may cause the discontinuance of water service to the premises of the violator until the violation has ceased.
