§ 51.30 FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS RIGHT TO USE SUCH FIXTURES FOR FIRE PROTECTION.
   In case of fire, any Fire Department shall have the right to use any hydrant, hose pipe, or other fixture wholly or in part from any fixture used for fire protection.
