Applicants for connection with the municipal mains for the purpose of obtaining a supply of water for sprinkler systems must first furnish plans and specifications to the same to the Village Administrator for his approval. Plans or blue prints showing the fire system as completed, with all measurements, outlets, detector check, and so on, must be filed with the office of the Village Administrator before water will be allowed to supply the system from mains of the municipal water system.
