§ 50.19 DISCHARGE OF STORM OR SURFACE WATER INTO SANITARY SEWER AND SANITARY MATERIAL INTO STORM SEWER.
   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, cooling water, or unpolluted industrial process waters into any sanitary sewer. No person shall discharge sanitary sewage into a storm sewer.
