§ 50.17 PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEM UNLAWFUL; EXCEPTION.
   Except as provided in this chapter, no person shall construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
