§ 50.07 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE; COLLECTION, CUSTODY, AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS.
   The collection and custody of sewage disposal charges and various permit fees provided in this chapter, and the disbursement thereof, shall be made under the supervision of the Water Works clerk.
