§ 33.06 RENTAL CHARGE FOR NON-PROFIT GLENDALE ORGANIZATIONS.
   Reduced rental shall be charged by the village for use of the Town Hall by a Glendale religious, educational, charitable, or civic organization for a meeting or other function at which no admission is charged, and which involves no raising of money in any way whatsoever, as determined by Council from time to time. The non-profit organization shall additionally pay a security deposit. If the organization uses the hall for a meeting or other function at which admission is charged or which involves raising of money in any way whatsoever, the organization shall pay the regular rental provided by § 33.02.
