All keys for the buildings and halls and rooms of the Town Hall shall be at all times in charge of the janitor, and no other person or organization shall be permitted to have any key to the building or rooms thereof. The janitor shall have charge of opening and closing the hall and rooms, and of the care of the personal property therein, and he shall not open the hall for the use of any person desiring to rent the hall except upon the authority of the Village Administrator, as provided in § 33.01.
