The Village Administrator, under the supervision and control of Council, may rent the upper hall for entertainments, lectures, meetings, and other purposes as may be suitable, to reputable organizations and persons as may make application therefor, and upon the payment of the rent and security deposit hereinafter specified to instruct staff to open and prepare the hall for the meeting.
