§ 32.20 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby established the Glendale Village Volunteer Fire Department.
   (B)   The Fire Chief and each volunteer fireman shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of Council in accordance with the provisions of R.C. § 737.22.
   (C)   The Fire Chief and each volunteer fireman shall be paid for his services the compensation provided in § 31.31 (I).
   (D)   The Fire Department shall be at all times under the supervision and subject to the orders of the Mayor.
