§ 130.16 AVOIDING ADMISSION CHARGES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to go upon or into the lands or enclosure belonging to, under the control or in the possession of, any person, club, association or company for the purpose of witnessing any game, sport or other entertainment or amusement, where an admission fee is charged, without the permission or consent of the person, club, association or company in charge of the lands or enclosure for that occasion, or without paying the customary charge for admission to the games, sports, amusement or entertainment.
